Training & equipping
Cross-cultural training is mandatory for every candidate we send. This fund pays for it — our own courses, and places at the centres we partner with.
Where it is needed most
An undesignated gift, allocated by the board where the need is greatest that quarter. The most useful gift you can give us, and the one we ask for first.
