Serve with us

Three stages: discernment, application, formation. We walk each one with you.

When it comes to mission we take a long-range view. As an intercultural team member you will dedicate yourself to learning the local language and culture, so you can communicate in a way that makes sense in that place. Effective mission takes time; deep community transformation requires real commitment.

How to apply

There are three stages in the pathway to becoming an intercultural team member.

  1. 1

    Discernment

What is your calling? Is GZMP the right fit for you? We are here to help you prayerfully discern your next steps.

  2. 2

    Application

Once you have discerned your calling with our support, the next step is to begin the application process.

  3. 3

    Formation

After you are accepted as a team member, it is time to prepare for your first term of intercultural service.
